HOW TO USE THIS SIMULATOR
GUIDED STUDENT ONBOARDING · FOLLOW THE CASE, NOT JUST THE MONITOR
1 · START WITH THE CASE
Open Case to read the patient summary, objective, workflow, and success criteria. This tells you why the patient is on the monitor.
2 · FOLLOW CURRENT TASK
The Current Task strip is your next instruction. Open Tasks for a checklist and mark steps complete as you work.
3 · INSPECT THE PATIENT
Use Inspect to click body regions. The anatomy overlay and Notes panel will connect vitals to body systems.
4 · REVIEW SUPPORTING DATA
Use Review Labs, Review Image, Review History, and Review Plan before choosing a clinical action.
5 · CHOOSE ACTION
Use Decide to choose a clinical next step. Feedback explains whether the decision fits the case.
6 · LEARN FROM TRENDS
Watch how the vitals and notes respond. The goal is clinical reasoning, not button pressing.
